4th of July road trip with Ole Stinky

Sorry it's been so long since I stopped by The Forum. I always tell myself I need to check in more often but life seems to get in the way anymore.

So I woke up really early Saturday morning and got a hair up my butt to take a road trip. It's been many months since old stinky got an exercise but I did renew the license plates this year so off went.

The initial plan was to just drive around Michigan International Speedway since I can't go camping in the infield this year. Once I got there I remember this little burger joint open Traverse City Michigan that I really like so I just kept going. It was a nice spur-of-the-moment 600 Mile Drive for a good burger and a cheap hotel stay.

The old girl didn't miss a Beat. The air conditioning blew cold the whole way and I still love that new solid South Bend clutch assembly. Unfortunately I didn't get any good pictures in Traverse City other than the food.

I hope everybody had a great Independence Day and enjoy the pictures. I will try to stop in more often.
