Default Removing the fiberglass top headliner

Like most people my bronco has seem it's share of abuse and the rear headliner has taken alot. It's torn and stained to hell so im thinking about taking it out. Can I just rip it out or is there some kind of centurion ingenuity like wood and insulation screwed into the top to make it look ugly. I know in 2 doors you can rip it off and it will still look good. Any one of you done it before? Did it look good?

I think all the wood is glued in. probably caulked. there were a lot of wires also for the lights. more than necessary.
I'll be out at the truck tomorrow and can give a better description. and if the wood/adhesive comes off fairly easy.

there is a chance, however slight it may be, that it will clean up nice tho. LOL

Mine is bare with bed liner on it. It is actually a little more tinny than I want it to be so I am getting ready to recover a factory headliner board and put it back up along with the associated trim. Third row seat usually has a rider or two that have suggested it would be nice!! Just redid a '95 2wheel for practice!

Me "But Honey, it seats nine!"
Honey "No way! Have you lost your mind?! Five kids is plenty!"
