    Default '78 -'79 in Sayulita

Saw this in Sayulita, Mexico in 2009. I had to take a picture of it and am glad to have finally found people to share it with that may appreciate it as much as I do.

Maybe a Mod can resize it if need be.

Nice site, fellas. I'll be browsing the pics.

    Cheers,
    T.Low

    Welcome!

Those are awesome and something else all at the same time. Don't remember seeing one that old before though.

Yeah, it's a bit different but the closest thing I can compare it to is a Centurian...

Either way, glad i found this site. Thanks for the welcome. I currently have a '93 f-150 4x4 extended cab and have seen enough 7th Gen quad cabs around here that I'm suprised they're Centurians. There are two that cruise my neighborhood often and I remember a 3/4 ton short bed Powerstroke for sale last year. Out here the trucks don't rot so they can last a long time, so I'm going to sell the '93 and keep the cash handy (and add to it of course) so i can pounce on a quad cab 4x4 when i see one.

Always like the 4door Bronco Centurians. I had an '86 2 door Bronco back in '89, and a few F-250's, 150's, etc.

Sure like 95f150's blue quad cab. The 4doorbroncos are way cool, but I need a pick-up in the fleet.

IIRC the only quad shorty box eff series that were a CENT were the 150's. the 250's were a Ferd thing.

One came in (97 F250 CC SB ZF-5) to my work the other day, it will get wholesaled, 250k on a 7.3 is pretty young, the price=point would probably motivate me to stop loathing a PSD and pull the trigger on it. Consequently I haven't asked. Just missed a '00 CC LB 4x4 SD, 7.3/AT for $4800 with less miles, so I am sure this 97 truck could be had for $3k or less. 4" lift, 35's... Hmmm... May have to sniff it out when I head back north.

Going through some old posts and saw this rig.

This is a Mexican built Ford truck that I can't remember the name of at this moment.

Rare siting in the US but quite common in Mexico.
