Default My 89 C-350 roof job

Before I tackled this rig I lurked around here reading and learning. Thanks to everyone for all the infor you posts. They made it much easier for me durring my entire project.
I used my large grinder and wire wheel. I ground all the bondo out of the cab splice and clean up the gutters from front to back. All were taken down to bare metal. I used rust killer everywhere. I used a 60 grit sanding disc to scuff the metal. then started. It took me 5 trys at the bondo to get it looking just right. Honestly, to make it absolutely perfect I should have done a sixth in a skim coat. It was tough to do. I used 3M Automotive seam seal on the gutters. I shot two coats filler primer sanding between coats. After I was done with everything else on went the sealer coat and paint
    here is my roof repair.

Appreciate the pictures. Just checked out LMC Truck for seals for my '91 project in Athena.
