Looks good, not a bad price for a 460.

This is the one that I test drove about six months ago. (See the thread with pics here) (http://fourdoorbronco.com/temp/cgi-bin/ikonboard.cgi/ikonboard.cgi?act=ST;f=2;t=858) It is nice. Runs and drives great. It has a little surface rust and the typical roof problem, but I liked it a lot. If I had the money, I'd go for it.

anything can be repaired it all depends on the amount you want to spend
shouldn't Have bought Bobs Truck if you are scared of rust as he is from the rust belt Personally I don't think it is something to worry about just take it and clean the problems areas real good and reseal and under coat the truck that will help prolong the life of the truck

well I have always been an optimist and trust the fact that Bob was telling me the truth about the truck, which he did, there are no questions there.
My question is more to the rust belt operators about the undercoating that is used...does that simply trap the rust or does it treat it as well? the body stuff does not really bother me either...I am more concerned about the frame and any weakness that it might have with concern to pulling a 10,000# trailer and still being safe. I don't think any of this is an issue as Bob's truck was undercoated and treated well, I am just asking some questions to ease my mind and help me with a continued game plan with this truck, thanks
Unless the frame has rusted through the frame there is nothing to worry about. The rust would have to be bad enough that one could see it with eases like holes in the frame. The brackets for the springs will rust off before the frame will get rust holes.

Hmmm, maybe we should start a thread in Questions section instead of airing this all out in a for sale post? LoL
As RTM said the brackets are what to look out for.
