Yes they lock, Do they looked tinted ? No I took the cheesy Burgandy tint that was all scratched up. Had I kept them I would have had a quality tint job done. Actually guys they may be gone already, unless one of you wants thems. One of the bidees wants me to wait till tomorrow when he sell something he had in the paper, I told him that no $ had changed hands so that they were still up for grabs.
